You didn't sign up to hold me accountable but I'm making you against your will.
I've been doing good by not eating bad foods, but I get stuck in a "same thing over and over" rut.
So I made a little deal with myself to show you what I ate today so I would get a little creative.
And maybe you're in a rut and this gives you some ideas!
For breakfast: Smoothie, Ezekial toast with almond butter, carrots and some turkey.
For lunch: Turkey, banana, orange and cottage cheese.
For dinner: Spring mix salad with cucumbers, turkey, avocado and strawberries with Garlic Expressions salad dressing (best ever.) Half an avocado with a tiny bit of chili pepper and lemon, strawberry water to top it off.
I feel really good. I'm finally starting to see results. I have energy to work out, along with more of a desire.
I don't look anywhere near what I want, but I feel good. And really that's what matters right now.
It's been really easy for us to make the switch, the hardest part was probably money wise.
It does cost more. And we never ate out so that didn't balance out the extra dollars spend on grocery trips when we started eating clean.
All in all it's going sooo well and I would encourage anyone to just make the switch.
The way we see it is eating the foods God made for our bodies with as little human intervention as possible. That's how God made it to perfectly fuel our bodies. And so far I'm seeing how true that is!
Went for a run with this cutie.
Still bundling up in mid-May... :(
Then it got warmer towards the end of the day so we had to soak that up!
Right now Reed is 9 months going on teenager because he's totally anti-photo.
Either crawling away as fast as those little knees can scoot or wallering his BFF to death.
His BFF's name is Monkers. Those two; inseparable.
